 LOUIS PARK!!! It is located 5 mins from Bde Maka Ska lake, Cedar Lake, Uptown, Whole Foods, lots of biking trails and restaurants. 

The apartment has tons of natural light. I mean the entire wall is practically a giant window both in the living room and the bed room that makes sunsets even more prettier. The bathroom is huge and there's a lot one can fit in those closets. 

The Base rent is only $990. Utilities such as Electricity, water, internet, trash are roughly $100-$150 per person. There's plenty of street parking, we've lived here for 2 and a half years and barely had any issues with finding a spot. Pro tip: There is an optional heated garage for $140 if you want to use it through the winters on a first come first serve basis.
