compliance and is passionate about making a positive difference in clients'
lives.
Responsibilities:
·        
Provide daily
support and personal care to individuals in the CRS home
·        
Assist clients with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and
community engagement
·        
Handle
clients with care, patience, and professionalism, ensuring their
dignity and independence
·        
Follow individual care plans and support program
compliance with MN 245D regulations
·        
Accurately complete documentation, incident
reports, and logs in accordance with 245D requirements
·        
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home
environment
·        
Communicate effectively with supervisors and
team members regarding clients' needs or changes
Qualifications:
·        
Previous experience in caregiving, group home,
or CRS setting preferred
·        
Understanding
of 245D requirements and DHS standards (training can be provided)
·        
Genuine passion for caring for others and
supporting individuals with respect and empathy
·        
Strong communication, teamwork, and
problem-solving skills
·        
Ability to handle challenging situations with
patience and professionalism
·        
Must pass background checks and meet DHS
requirements
Schedule:

Full-time and part-time shifts available
